We employ over 200 staff across a range of skills, disciplines and professions including Nursing, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Activities Coordinators, Grounds and Maintenance staff, Catering and Laundry staff, Administration, Finance and Management. Our average length of service is just over six years however almost 20% of our staff have been with us for more than 10 years.
