We employ over 280 staff across a range of skills, disciplines and professions including Nursing, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Activities Coordinators, Maintenance staff, Catering, Laundry, Cleaning and Orderly staff, Administration, Finance and Management. Our average length of service is just over six years however almost 20% of our staff have been with us for more than 10 years. Some have been with us for more than 30 years.
