Rest Home Care
At Caughey Preston we have the ability to support a total of 80 Rest Home residents. 43 of those reside in Upland Home on Upland Road and 37 reside in Ventnor Home on Ventnor Road.
Residents and their families take comfort in the knowledge that they have the support of qualified clinical staff 24 hours a day. Our staffing levels for Rest Home residents reflect the supportive levels of care required. Overall, for our Rest Home services we provide combined care and nursing staff at a ratio of 12 clients per staff member.
Residents are provided with a Care Team comprising of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists supported by the Human Services Coordinator, Nurse Manager, Dietician and Pharmacist.
